2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Approval & Shipping – Once approved, send the item back using a trackable shipping service.

  3. Processing & Refund – After inspection, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  • If you opt for store credit, you’ll receive a voucher for your next purchase.

4. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
